Dress Form from Duct Tape

Dress forms are easy to make from duct tape. First put on an old t-shirt that you don't mind cutting. Next have a friend wrap several layers of duct tape around your mid section and shoulders. Use scissors to cut a straight line up the back of the shirt and tape. Finally, tape the back together again with a strip of tape!
